It is amazing what
seahorses can teach us about true love.
Today someone was telling me about the monogamous relationship that a
seahorse has with its mate and at first, I was thinking that she was pranking
me until I really did the research and found out that what she was saying was
very true. Did you know that once a
seahorse finds its mate that it is stays with that mate for a lifetime? When
they sleep at night, they link their tails together to keep from drifting apart. The interesting part is that when one seahorse
mate passes that within 3 hours to 1 day the other one passes. It’s believe to be of a broken heart while
many fight and says it’s a chemical imbalance the question still remains is it
because of a broken heart. That made me
think of how much we can learn from a seahorse.
That was just my cute thought for today on relationships!
A soul mate is... someone whose way of viewing life isn't necessarily the same as yours but complements yours, so that there is not a compromise, there is a complement.
